Currently tickets cannot be purchased at the private terminal hence please ensure you've your trip book in advance or before departure. Child / Infant Policy No child discount. Infant pay 10% of adult fare. Infant fares are applicable providing the infant has not yet reached their 2nd birthday. Infants will not be allocated a seat. Boarding information - Private terminal Check-in closes 30 minutes prior to departure in Jeddah & Riyadh. Check-in closes 50 minutes prior to departure at Dubai Terminal 1 Travel Documents Required It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure all travel documents are in order for the trip being undertaken. Current policy in respect of valid travel documents: Domestic & International travel: GCC citizens must present a valid National ID card. Other nationalities require a valid passport & visas where required. Electronic Ticket Kayala, like many airlines, is a ticketless airline. Simply book & pay for your flight and you will be issued a travel confirmation which includes your itinerary and eticket number which should be presented at time of check-in. Pregnant Passengers It is the duty of pregnant passengers to advise us of the progress of their pregnancy at the point of booking of Seat. Our carriage of pregnant passengers are subject to the following conditions: Pregnancy less than 35 weeks: we will carry the passenger. Pregnancy more than 30 weeks and less than 35 weeks: we will carry with a doctor's certificate confirming that she is fit to travel for the flight that she is booked for. Pregnancy 35 weeks and over: we will refuse carriage. Free Checked Baggage allowance 40kgs per person Unchecked Baggage Only (2) piece of baggage plus an additional hand-bag or laptop can be carried on board, provided that it does not exceed the dimensions of 54cm X 38cm X 23cm and provided that each item does not weigh more than 7kg. All in-cabin baggage should fit under the seat in front of you or in an enclosed storage compartment. Cancellation / Changes No show : If the passenger fails to cancel the booking or 'No Show' on the flight, 25% of the value of the ticket will be deducted. Changes: After ticket is issued, one free date change allowed. Any subsequent date changes will be charged at SAR 200 (or equivalent amount) per sector per change.
